Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shopping experience at BlueLightPC, no matter where you live. If you would like to request a return, replacement or refund, please keep the followings in mind: 

 

BlueLightPC offers a 365-day warranty (it's determined by the date of the package signed) for products that have clear defects in material and workmanship, and a one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

As eyeglasses are customized items that are not available for anyone else, they can't be returned or replaced for free due to non-quality issues.

Quality issues(free refund):

Return for a one-time replacement pair of equal value, or request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order!

Non-quality issues(no free refund):

  • The frame and product packaging should remain original, and the packaging needs to be in proper care. It will have no adverse effect on secondary sales for the frame. The products may be returned and replaced within 30 days of the date once they were received.
  • Refund amount: 80% payment amount of the items. (This is based on the actual payment amount; If the order is free shipping, the shipping fee would be deducted).
  • The person who initiated the return and replacement will be responsible for all costs associated with the return and replacement of items(such as round shipping fee).

After 30 natural days since the items are received, BlueLightPC will terminate the order's return and exchange application. Then BlueLightPC is unable to accept your return and exchange application anymore. So it's recommended to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacement:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact BlueLightPC as soon as possible, and once the replacement is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Glasses on special sale  and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Order Modification/Cancellation:

Paid order:

If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact BlueLightPC(help@bluelightpc.com) after placing the order.

An extra amount will be charged if there is a price difference. For any requests for modification/cancellation during customization of eyeglasses or after shipment, please refer to the additional charges below.

  • Before customization: free.
  • During customization: 10% of the order amount.
  • After shipment: 30% of the order amount.

Unpaid order:

Please complete your payment once your place an order. Unpaid orders will be valid for 7 days only. BlueLightPC will immediately cancel the order if it is over 7 days. (Certain goods may be sold out if you don't pay, and the platform will automatically cancel it for you.)
